How Can I Change the Billing Address?

You can change your billing address at any time in your account settings: 

  • Go to your account settings

  • Click on “My account”

  • Go to “Change billing address”

  • Confirm by clicking on “Save address”

It is worth mentioning that VAT IDs cannot be adjusted afterward. If you are still within the 14-day cancellation period, we can refund your purchase amount so that you can re-subscribe using the correct VAT ID. If your VAT ID changes during an ongoing subscription, please contact support to have this change entered.
